The acquisition, effective 01 October 2023, demonstrates Prasad’s long-standing commitment to preserving cinematic and national archival treasures across the globe through the provision of holistic digital transformation solutions.
Through OMNIMAGO, Prasad expands its global footprint and strengthens its position in the European market, benefitting from OMNIMAGO’s expertise and a 40-year legacy of delivering exceptional media services to some of Europe’s major film archive, television and post production companies.
The acquisition preserves OMNIMAGO’s existing Ingelheim-based business in Germany, whilst enabling the expansion of digitalization projects across Europe. OMNIMAGO’s customers will continue to receive the same exceptional service they have grown accustomed to.
